Cheyenne is the founder and Executive Director of Light on the Hill Ministries, a ministry born out of a season she never expected—but one that God used to lead her into a greater purpose. Cheyenne is a wife to the love of her life and a mother to three beautiful boys, with another on the way through adoption. Before founding Light on the Hill, she taught elementary school in Southern California. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, she was laid off from her position. What felt (at the time) like a huge disappointment became the beginning of a completely new chapter as God led Cheyenne, her husband, and their 9-month-old son to move north to Montana. Today, Cheyenne resides in Montana, where she homeschools her boys and serves others through Light on the Hill Ministries. Her own journey has shaped her deep belief that even when life doesn't unfold the way we expect, God can use every season for something greater. Outside of ministry and homeschooling, Cheyenne loves baking and going on adventure walks and bike rides with her family. Above all, she holds tightly to the promise found in Romans 8:28 that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him. Her message is simple: Never give up hope. Keep God at the center of everything, and trust that He is still working, even when you can't yet see where the road is leading.
